SEPIA 8 cufflinks in patinated silver and patinated bronze
The cuttlefishbone technique is the ancient cast technique with which these cufflinks were made. To create the jewel, the model is engraved or carved on the soft side; the metal is poured into it and the piece is then extracted. The typical organic texture of cuttlefishbone, the element that most characterizes this jewel, is thus faithfully reproduced on the surface of the cufflinks.
